All students are obliged to confirm the courses they've registered for each semester. In previous years students had to print out an official declaration of courses through USOSweb and bring it to the office. Starting this year, declarations are sent only via USOSweb and will be available from October 24th until October 27th. There is no need to print them, but you have to send them online.
Sending such a declaration is a formal necessity for you to continue your studies. Lack of such a declaration can be a basis for the Dean's decision to delete you from the list of students.
In order to send a declaration, please visit www.usosweb.uj.edu.pl, log in with your USOSweb credentials, check if you have all of the courses you were registered to on the list of your classes and in your schedule. Then, go to STUDENT'S SECTION tab -> MY STUDIES -> declarations. Next, check again the list of subjects and send the course declaration by clicking the button at the bottom and/or following the instructions on the screen.
Sending the declarations will be available from October 24th until October 27th.
Please, contact TAS Office as soon as possible if you find out something may be wrong with the list of your declared courses.
