NOTE: Switzerland is excluded from the Erasmus+ programme. You can apply for a  scholarship in Switzerland but it cannot be financed from the Erasmus + programme budget. Scholarships will be awarded by the Swiss Government. Scholarship rates will be published at a later date.

Recruitment for the Erasmus+ programme in the academic year 2018/19 takes place exclusively through the USOSweb system. To participate in the recruitment process, you must log in to the USOSweb system, enter the Student Exchange tab and submit the application.

General schedule of the 2nd call for applications for Erasmus + program in the academic year 2018/19 (faculties and their units may establish different deadlines, which are available on their websites):

    01.01-25.01.2019 - recruitment deadline, submission of applications via USOSweb system

    26.01.-04.02.2019 - qualification of students and PhD students and announcement of results in the institutes/faculties, mobility approval via USOSweb system

    12-18.02.2019 – student’s confirmation of the mobility via USOSweb system, appeal procedure and qualification of students from other institutes / faculties
